Primary Duties | Evaluate and distribute requisitions to colleaguesCompile standards for the Section.Check requests on completion of the time spent andStock control of Materials, Plant and toolsPreparing of store requisitions for internalGeneration of requisition for services acquiredCreating and closing job cards on Maximo {help desk system)Take minutes for the meeting and keep an up to date fileInform staff of all communicationsReceipting of invoicesAssist with reports and other documents.Follow through with all work aspects of the Facilities team.Generation administrative duties |
