- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their National Diploma (360 credits), BTech or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology with a pass rate of 65% or higher.

- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their National Diploma (360 credits), BTech or Degree in Accounting (Finance management, cost accounting) with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
Purchasing Young Professional
Requirements
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their National Diploma (360 credits), BTech or Degree in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Business Administration with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
Information Technology (IT) Young Professional
Requirements
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their National Diploma (360 credits), BTech or Degree in Information System/Technology with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
Ford Credit Young Professional
Requirements
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their National Diploma (360 credits), BTech or Degree in Business Management / Administration with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
Marketing and Sales Young Professional
Requirements
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their National Diploma (360 credits), BTech or Degree in Marketing & Sales with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
Product Development Young Professional
Requirements
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their BTech or BEng in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
